The American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona is suing the Arizona Department of Revenue’s director over a new pro-life law.
A portion of the state law, set to take effect in December, would stop people who make charitable donations from getting a state income tax credit if the group they donate to refers women to abortion providers in non-life-threatening cases.
